Jennifer joined our team in 2015 as one of our Outreach Coordinators. Jennifer comes from a long lineage of assisting aging adults as her Mom, Joann Young, was one of the very first professional fiduciary’s in Orange County, garnishing over 30 years of experience assisting the elderly and disabled. She was also active in the formation of the Professional Fiduciary Association in California and spent her years not just helping families but also teaching other professionals. As a result of this, Jennifer grew up helping her Mom with everything from office work to visiting clients, and found that she herself had a love and passion for later in life decisions and transitions. One of her favorite memories is that of helping one of her clients every Christmas with delivery and the set-up of a tree…just remembering the joy and huge impact brought by such a small gesture created a desire to continue the legacy her Mom began.
She has a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Arizona State University, with an emphasis on Sociology and Tourism. Jennifer comes to us with 20 years of customer service experience and 10 years of management experience in both hospitality and Medical Equipment. She is passionate about helping others and making sure that she not only meets but exceeds her client’s expectations.
Jennifer is excited to be part of a team that ensures successful transitions to new adventures for so many in our community!!!
