Tailored Transitions is the largest all inclusive senior move management service. We provide hands on assistance with choosing your new home, downsizing your current home, moving/packing, setting up your new residence and then renting or selling your family home. Tailored Transitions is a one stop shop providing individualized services and one-on-one guidance to seniors and their families.

As the founder of Tailored Transitions, Inc. I feel it is my responsibility to make sure that every family and individual we work with is treated with dignity and respect. All to often I see and hear of experiences where families are overwhelmed, seniors are ignored and everyone is anxious about “what to do next.” Making the decision to move out of the family home and into an assisted living community is never an easy choice and it comes with many emotional, physical and spiritual questions. Am I making the right choice? How am I going to find the time, energy and assistance I am going to need to make this move? Is this the right place to move my Mom/Dad or myself?
The families we have worked with come to us feeling alone, overwhelmed and burdened…it is our job to soften the experience. In order to do that we have created a team of experts that can guide you through the process from beginning to end. It is amazing what can be achieved when the resources are readily available and we work together to achieve YOUR desired outcome. BRENT MARDESICH, CRTS Provider / Co-Founder
With a true passion for serving others, and a desire to make a difference in the world, Brent helps lead Tailored Transitions to being the leader in the Senior Move Industry. His calm demeanor and sense of awareness allows for a stressful situation to become joyful and carefree. With multiple experiences from college life, to working in the education system, to property management, Brent has finally found his place. Being born and raised in Santa Clara County to a farming family, he has obtained great knowledge and wisdom from his family on what life was like here before the “High-Tech boom” and understands the changes this area has faced. Now, as it is his turn to adjust to the change in times, he feels extremely fortunate to be able to give back to a community that has given him so much.

SUE RUNSVOLD, RN, MSN, CRTS Provider / Gerontology Advisor
Sue Runsvold, RN, MSN has been an RN at Valley Medical Center for 17 years. Her experience includes everything from caring for moms and babies to working in a Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU). Sue particularly enjoyed the contribution she was able to make while working in the MICU. Both patients and families need a person at their side that can guide them artfully during an emotional and challenging time in their life and help them understand what is occurring and how their needs can best be met. Sue received her Master’s of Science in Nursing in a field close to her heart, gerontology. Because of her education in this field, Sue is adept at understanding and addressing life’s challenges as life changes. Sue has an affinity for older clients and enjoys helping them arrive at life decisions that are congruent and meaningful in terms of their life values and experiences. Sue also founded and directs a children’s charity, TurningWheels For Kids. Again she finds herself involved with a vulnerable population and enjoys helping the children served find a little happiness and joy through bike riding.
